First, we offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We offer 10 days refund/exchange policy. For refund/exchange kindly submit the below-mentioned form after reading the following policy.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The delivered product can be exchanged if it is different from the product ordered
  • 100% refund policy applies to the products which delivered broken/damaged/unusable provided video proof of product unpacking is shared with our team
  • The product should be in original packing and intact when delivered back to our office for exchange
  • The shipping/handling charges will not be refunded
  • The customer must have the original and authentic purchase receipt
  • No claim of fake/replica/copy product will be entertained as our products are 100% original and imported from authentic suppliers
  • Claims lodged within 10 days from the day of delivery will only be approved

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim has been approved, our team will process your exchange/refund and an intimation SMS will be sent to you.
